The apartments

Located in a 3-storey building with a lift near the Condor hotel, just 70 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the urban park.
The 12 two-room apartments are all equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, shower cubicle and washing machine; a parking space and a bicycle are available.

  • All apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, a gas oven, a fridge with freezer.
  • Plates, cutlery, crockery and all kitchen utensils. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 additional places, large balcony, ventilated air.
  • The room is equipped with beds with slatted bases, a large wardrobe, air conditioning.
  • Bed linen and towels are extra while blankets and bedspreads are supplied.
  • The large bathrooms are all equipped with a shower cubicle and a washing machine.

Type A apartments

(about 40 m2) sleeps 2 or 3 in the bedroom + sofa bed in the living room.

Type B apartments

(about 50 m2) sleeps 4 in the bedroom + sofa bed in the living room.
